Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

As items are 3D-printed to order, cancellations are only possible before printing has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at themaskedminds@gmail.com. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Because products are custom-made (and especially personalized items with custom text), we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for buyer errors in the chosen options. Please review your selections carefully before paying.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
